How long does a GRAM to ETH swap take?

Usually a few minutes after the TON network confirms the transfer. The number of confirmations depends on the network and is shown on the order page.

What happens to the rate while my GRAM is on its way?

A fixed rate holds for 10 minutes — send your GRAM within that window. A floating rate is taken at the market price when the network confirms the transfer. If the market moves more than 1.4% in the meantime, we offer a recalculation or a refund.

Which network should I send GRAM on?

Exactly the one selected in the form: the deposit address is issued for a single network. If the coin uses a memo or tag, the form shows it too — without it the transfer will not find your order.

What if I send the wrong amount of GRAM?

With a floating rate the swap goes through on the amount that actually arrived. With a fixed rate we offer a recalculation at the market or a refund.

My ETH has not arrived — where do I look?

Once the payout is sent, the order page shows its transaction hash, and with it you can find the Ethereum transfer in a block explorer. If there is no hash for longer than usual, contact support with your order number.

Can I get my GRAM back if I change my mind?

Until you send the coins, simply do not send them — the order closes by itself. If the transfer arrived but the swap cannot happen, a refund button appears on the order page.

What do you keep after the swap?

No account is needed: a payout address is enough for an order. In LETHE mode the order and its traces are erased once it completes.
